  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to governmental economy;

  3         expressing the legislative intent to revise

  4         laws relating to the activities of state

  5         agencies; providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8  

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws

10  requiring all state agencies to conduct their statutory

11  responsibilities in a manner that produces the most economical

12  outcomes.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2006.
