14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 2, lines 12-15, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  offenses in paragraph (2)(g) and knowingly and
18  willfully authorizes the contractor to be present on school
19  grounds when students are present:
20         (a)  If the employer holds a professional license under
21  chapter 455, the employer commits an act constituting grounds
22  for discipline as described in s. 455.227(1)(a).
23         (b)  If the employer holds a professional license under
24  chapter 456, the employer commits an act constituting grounds
25  for discipline as described in s. 456.072(1)(a).
