11  Senator Argenziano moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment 
14         On page 15, lines 6-10, delete those lines
15  
16  and insert:  subsection without charge or fee to the
17  contractor.
18         (b)  A noninstructional contractor who is identified as
19  a sexual predator or sexual offender in the registry search
20  required in paragraph (a) is not permitted on school grounds
21  when students are present. Upon determining that a
22  noninstructional contractor is not permitted on school grounds
23  pursuant to this subsection, the school district shall notify
24  the vendor, individual, or entity under contract within three
25  business days.
