11 The Committee on Health Care (Fasano) recommended the
12 following amendment:

14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 1, between lines 29 and 30,

17 insert:
18 (2) The pilot program, in consultation with Children's
19 Medical Services, shall develop collaborative partnerships
20 with the public and private entities specified in this section
21 to administer and implement the pilot program. Participation
22 in the program by such entities is voluntary. However, an
23 entity that participates in the program must comply with the
24 requirements of this section.
