11  The Committee on Ways and Means (Atwater) recommended the
12  following amendment:
13  
14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 2, lines 13 - 15, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  
18         Section 2.  For Fiscal Year 2005-2006, the sum of
19  $277,540 is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the
20  Department of Revenue for purposes of administering the sales
21  tax exemption authorized by section 1 during the 2006 calendar
22  year.  The unexpended balance of this appropriation on June
23  30, 2006, shall revert on that date and is reappropriated for
24  Fiscal Year 2006-2007 for the purpose of the original
25  appropriation.
26         Section 3.  For Fiscal Year 2006-2007, the sum of
27  $218,028 is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the
28  Department of Revenue for the purpose of administering the
29  sales tax exemption authorized by section 1 during the 2007
30  calendar year.
