  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to public records; expressing

  3         the legislative intent to enact laws relating

  4         to access to public records; providing an

  5         effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8  

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact laws

10  relating to access to public records.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2006.
