  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to eminent domain; expressing

  3         the legislative intent to enact laws relating

  4         to eminent domain; providing an effective date.

  6  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  7  

  8         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact laws

  9  relating to eminent domain and Senate Interim Project No.

10  2006-151.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2006.
