11  The Committee on Judiciary (Webster) recommended the following
12  amendment:

14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 1, line 27, delete that line
16  
17  and insert:
18         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2006, if
19  Senate Bill 2234, or similar legislation amending section
20  220.701, Florida Statutes, to require taxes collected under
21  chapter 220, Florida Statutes, to be deposited into the
22  Corporate Income Tax Trust Fund, is adopted in the same
23  legislative session, or an extension thereof, and becomes law.
