12  recommended the following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 2, line 12, through
16            page 3, line 6,
17  
18  insert:  All employees certified under chapter 943 as law
19  enforcement officers shall have the primary responsibility to
20  felony arrest powers under s. 901.15(10) and shall have all
21  the powers of deputy sheriffs to:
22         1.  investigate, enforce, and prosecute, throughout the
23  state, violations and violators of:
24         1.a.  Parts I and II of chapter 210; part VII of
25  chapter 559; and chapters 561-569; and the rules adopted
26  promulgated thereunder, as well as other state laws that which
27  the division, all state law enforcement officers, or beverage
28  enforcement agents are specifically authorized to enforce.
29         2.b.  All other state laws, provided that the employee
30  exercises the powers of a deputy sheriff, only after
31  consultation or and in coordination with the appropriate local
