11 The Committee on Health Care (Fasano) recommended the
12 following amendment:

14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 1, lines 10-12, delete those lines
16
17 and insert:
18 Section 1. Each high school that is a member of the
19 Florida High School Athletic Association shall have an
20 operational defibrillator on the high school grounds. Public
21 and private partnerships are encouraged to cover the cost
22 associated with the purchase and placement of the
23 defibrillator and training in the use of the defibrillator.
