  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to automated external

  3         defibrillators; requiring each private and

  4         public high school to have a defibrillator on

  5         the school grounds; providing an effective

  6         date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  Each private and public high school in this

11  state shall have an operational automated external

12  defibrillator on the high school grounds.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2006.
