  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to road designations;

  3         designating Leighton Lee Baker Memorial Highway

  4         in Lake County; directing the Department of

  5         Transportation to erect suitable markers;

  6         providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  Leighton Lee Baker Memorial Highway

11  designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable

12  markers.--

13         (1)  That portion of Old U.S. Highway 441 between David

14  Walker Drive and Eudora Road in Lake County is designated as

15  "Leighton Lee Baker Memorial Highway."

16         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

17  erect suitable markers designating Leighton Lee Baker Memorial

18  Highway as described in subsection (1).

19         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2006.
