15         On page 24, lines 11-15, delete those lines

17  and insert:  
18         1.  Is exempt from federal income tax pursuant to s.
19  501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code;
20         2.  Is a Florida entity formed under chapter 607,
21  chapter 608, or chapter 617 and whose principal office is
22  located in the state; and
