11 The Committee on Transportation (Bennett) recommended the
12 following amendment:

14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 3, between lines 19 and 20,

17 insert:
18 (6) The department shall provide to the Department of
19 Business and Professional Regulation each quarter a copy of
20 each accident report involving a farm labor vehicle, as
21 defined in s. 316.003(62), commencing with the first quarter
22 of the 2006-2007 fiscal year.
