11  Senator Alexander moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         On page 7, between lines 7 and 8,
15  
16  insert:  
17         Section 10.  Subsection (15) is added to section
18  318.21, Florida Statutes, to read:
19         318.21  Disposition of civil penalties by county
20  courts.--All civil penalties received by a county court
21  pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall be
22  distributed and paid monthly as follows:
23         (15)  The proceeds from the fines described in s.
24  318.18(16) shall be remitted to the law enforcement agency
25  that issues the citation for a violation of s. 316.622. The
26  funds must be used for continued education and enforcement of
27  s. 316.622 and other related safety measures contained in
28  chapter 316.
