14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 6, between lines 2 and 3,

17 insert:
18 Section 6. A contract for the purchase of goods or
19 services may not contain a clause that conditions payment for
20 the goods or services on the receipt of payment from any other
21 person. Any such conditional payment clause is void as a
22 violation of the public policy of this state.
