25 b. For attachments filed as part of or in conjunction

27 to s. 112.3152: When the statement is postmarked.
28 (I) When the attachment is actually received by the
29 office.
30 (II) When the attachment is postmarked.
31 (III)c. When the certificate of mailing is dated.
