12  (Sebesta) recommended the following amendment:
13  
14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 2, line 6, delete that line
16  
17  and insert:  s. 112.3144, or s. 112.3145, as applicable.
18  Attachments filed as part of or in conjunction with the
19  statements or reports filed electronically pursuant to this
20  section must be filed not later than 5 p.m. of the due date. A
21  statement or report filed electronically pursuant to this
22  section will not be considered timely regardless of when filed
23  with the commission unless all required attachments are timely
24  filed. Any attachment that is postmarked by the United states
25  Postal Service by midnight of the due date is deemed to have
26  been filed in a timely manner, and a certificate of mailing
27  obtained from and dated by the United States Postal Service at
28  the time of mailing, or a receipt from an established courier
29  company which bears a date on or before the due date,
30  constitutes proof of mailing in a timely manner.
