Senator(s) Crist moved the following amendment:

Section: 07              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 362             This amendment increases funding for the 2nd, 3rd, 
                         and 5th District Courts of Appeals to fund 
Spec App: 3249           additional security personnel and increases funding 
                         for all 5 districts to pay certain professional 
                         dues. The DCA Salary and Benefits appropriation is 
                         increased by $34,779, the OPS appropriation is 
                         reduced by $11,436, and the Expense appropriation is 
                         increased by $14,308. The Trial Court Expense 
                         appropriation is reduced by $37,651.
