On Page: 020             Increases the base student allocation (BSA) for the 
                         Florida Education Finance Program (FEFP) by $245.58, 
Spec App:   91           from $4,005.32 to $4,250.90.

Immediately following Specific Appropriation 91, DELETE:

Funds  in  Specific  Appropriation  91  shall  be allocated using a base
student allocation of $4,005.32 for the FEFP.

and insert in lieu thereof:

Funds  in  Specific  Appropriation  91  shall  be allocated using a base
student allocation of $4,250.90 for the FEFP.

Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process.  However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement
within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items.
