The total amount shall include adjustments made for the calculation required in section 1011.62(4) (a) and (c), Florida Statutes. The maximum nonvoted discretionary millage which may be levied pursuant to the provisions of section 1011.71(1), Florida Statutes, by district school boards in Fiscal Year 2006-07 shall be: 1) 0.51 mills, and 2) An additional levy, not to exceed 0.25 mills, which will raise an amount not to exceed $100 per full-time equivalent student (FTE). District school boards that levy the entire additional 0.25 mills and raise less than $100 per K-12 FTE shall receive, from the funds provided in Specific Appropriation 91, an amount that, combined with funds raised by the 0.25 mills, will provide $100 per K-12 FTE. Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process. However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items.
