11  The Committee on General Government Appropriations (Lawson)
12  recommended the following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 14, between lines 11 and 12,
16  
17  insert:  
18         Section 6.  For the 2006-2007 fiscal year, eight
19  full-time equivalent positions with associated salary rate of
20  275,795 are authorized and the sums of $416,563 in recurring
21  funds and $69,785 in nonrecurring funds are appropriated from
22  the Alcoholic Beverage and Tobacco Trust Fund in the
23  Department of Business and Professional Regulation for the
24  purpose of implementing the regulatory and administrative
25  functions authorized in this act.
