18  and insert:  
19         (2)(a)  The workgroup shall consist of 15 members:
20         1.  The Secretary of Elderly Affairs, or his or her
21  designee; 
22         2.  The Secretary of Children and Family Services, or
23  his or her designee;
24         3.  The executive director of the Department of Law
25  Enforcement, or his or her designee;
26         4.  The Secretary of Corrections, or his or her
27  designee;
28         5.  A representative from the Florida Sheriffs
29  Association;
30         6.  A representative from the Florida Police Chiefs

 1         7.  A representative from the Office of the State
 2  Courts Administrator;
 3         8.  A physician having experience with geriatric
 4  populations, appointed by the Secretary of Elderly Affairs;
 5         9.  A psychologist licensed pursuant to chapter 490 who
 6  has experience in geriatric populations, appointed by the
 7  Secretary of Children and Family Services;
 8         10.  An expert on the mental health of older adults,
 9  appointed by the Secretary of Children and Family Services;
10         11.  An expert on aging and legal issues, appointed by

12         12.  A circuit judge who has experience in elder
13  issues, appointed by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court;
14         13.  A representative from one of the state university
15  centers on aging, appointed by the Secretary of Elderly
16  Affairs;
17         14.  A person appointed by the President of the Senate;
18  and
19         15.  A person appointed by the Speaker of the House of
20  Representatives.
