  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to ethical standards of

  3         conduct; expressing the legislative intent to

  4         revise laws relating to ethical standards of

  5         conduct for officers and employees of

  6         quasi-public entities; providing an effective

  7         date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10  

11         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise chapter

12  112, Florida Statutes, relating to ethical standards of

13  conduct for officers and employees of quasi-public entities.

14         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2006.
