  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to road designations;

  3         designating Osun's Village and African

  4         Caribbean Cultural Arts Corridor in Miami-Dade

  5         County; directing the Department of

  6         Transportation to erect suitable markers;

  7         providing an effective date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10  

11         Section 1.  Osun's Village designated; Department of

12  Transportation to erect suitable markers.--

13         (1)  That portion of N.W. 7th Avenue between N.W. 54th

14  Street and N.W. 60th Street in Miami-Dade County is designated

15  as "Osun's Village."

16         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

17  erect suitable markers designating Osun's Village as described

18  in subsection (1).

19         Section 2.  African Caribbean Cultural Arts Corridor

20  designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable

21  markers.--

22         (1)  That portion of N.W. 7th Avenue between N.W. 36th

23  Street and N.W. 79th Street in Miami-Dade County is designated

24  as "African Caribbean Cultural Arts Corridor."

25         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

26  erect suitable markers designating African Caribbean Cultural

27  Arts Corridor as described in subsection (1).

28         Section 3.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2006.
