11 The Committee on Children and Families (Campbell) recommended
12 the following amendment:

14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 15, line 13, through
16 page 16, line 12, delete those lines
17
18 and insert:
19 Section 8. Subsections (5), (6), (7), and (8) of
20 section 63.054, Florida Statutes, are amended to read:
21 63.054 Actions required by an unmarried biological
22 father to establish parental rights; Florida Putative Father
23 Registry.--
24 (5) The registrant may, at any time before prior to
25 the birth of the child for whom paternity is claimed, execute
26 a notarized written revocation of the claim of paternity
27 previously filed with the Florida Putative Father Registry,
28 and upon receipt of such revocation, the claim of paternity
29 shall be deemed null and void. If a court determines that a
30 registrant is not the father of the minor or that his parental
31 rights have been terminated, the court shall order the

1 Department of Health to remove the registrant's name from the
