  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to highway designations;

  3         designating a portion of N.W. 135th Street in

  4         Miami as the "A.B. Martin Street"; direction

  5         the Department of Transportation to erect

  6         suitable markers; providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  A.B. Martin Street designated; Department

11  of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--

12         (1)  The portion of N.W. 135th Street between N.W. 27th

13  Avenue and N.W. 37th Avenue in Miami is designated as the

14  "A.B. Martin Street."

15         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

16  erect suitable markers designating the A.B. Martin Street as

17  described in subsection (1).

18         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2006.
