11  The Committee on Criminal Justice (Klein) recommended the
12  following amendment:
13  
14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 1, line 31, through
16            page 2, line 5, delete those lines
17  
18  and insert:  minimum mandatory fine of $6,000 $5,000 and shall
19  be sentenced to serve a minimum mandatory term period of
20  incarceration of 10 6 months. In addition, the person shall
21  serve the 10-month minimum term of incarceration day-for-day,
22  be released only upon expiration of sentence, and is shall not
23  be eligible for parole, control release, or any form of early
24  release from the 10-month minimum term of incarceration,
25  regardless of whether the 10-month minimum term is served in
26  the custody of the Department of Corrections or a county
27  detention facility, and must serve 100 percent of the
28  court-imposed sentence. Any plea of nolo contendere shall be
