13 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
14 Delete everything after the enacting clause

16 and insert:
17 Section 1. All economic collective bargaining issues
18 at impasse for the 2006-2007 fiscal year between the State of
19 Florida and the legal representatives of the certified
20 bargaining units for state employees shall be resolved
21 pursuant to the instructions provided in Senate Bill 2700
22 (2006 Regular Session) and the relevant provisions of any
23 legislation enacted to implement Senate Bill 2700.
24 Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a
25 law.
