| 3 | resolution of certain collective bargaining issues at |
| 4 | impasse between the State of Florida and certified |
| 5 | bargaining units of state employees; providing an |
| 6 | effective date. |

| 8 | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: |
| 9 |

| 10 | Section 1. All economic collective bargaining issues at |
| 11 | impasse for the 2006-2007 fiscal year between the State of |
| 12 | Florida and the legal representatives of the certified |
| 13 | bargaining units for state employees shall be resolved pursuant |
| 14 | to the instructions provided in House Bill 5001, 2006 Regular |
| 15 | Session, and the relevant provisions of any legislation enacted |
| 16 | to implement House Bill 5001. |
| 17 | Section 2. All noneconomic collective bargaining issues at |
| 18 | impasse for the 2006-2007 fiscal year between the State of |
| 19 | Florida and the legal representatives of the certified |
| 20 | bargaining units for state employees shall be resolved |
| 21 | consistent with the personnel rules in effect on March 21, 2006, |
| 22 | and the relevant provisions of any legislation modifying the |
| 23 | terms and conditions of state employment. |
| 24 | Section 3. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law. |
