16 page 3, line 14, delete those lines

18 and insert: institutions, or conducted by private providers
19 under contract with postsecondary institutions, to assist in
20 providing the appropriate accommodations and services for
21 students who have specified learning and cognitive
22 disabilities.
23 (2)(a) A grant may be made under this section only to
24 an eligible student with disabilities who:
25 1. Is enrolled in a degree, certificate, or diploma
26 program;
27 2. Is enrolled in at least 6 semester hours per term,
28 or the equivalent thereof, at a state university, community
29 college, or private postsecondary institution in this state
30 which requires documentation for accommodations for
31 disabilities;

1 3. Meets the general requirements for student
2 eligibility as provided in s. 1009.40, except as otherwise
3 provided in this section; and
4 4. Has a disability or disabilities as documented
5 under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
6 (b) The grants shall be awarded annually for the cost
7 of psycho-academic testing required by participating
8 institutions, and the postsecondary institution shall
9 determine the cost in an amount not to exceed $1,000.
10 (c) Any required psycho-academic testing for students
11 with disabilities must be considered a part of the student's
12 cost of attendance. An eligible student with a disability who
13 applies for a Florida Reimbursement Grant to Provide
14 Postsecondary Psycho-Academic Testing for Students with
15 Disabilities must also apply for the Pell Grant. A student's
16 entitlement to a Pell Grant must be considered in determining
17 need when conducting an assessment of the financial resources
18 available to the student. The participating institution shall
19 defer the cost of required psycho-academic testing for
20 eligible
