15         On page 5, between lines 2 and 3,
16  
17  insert:  
18         4.  A motor fuel retail outlet that has a written
19  agreement with a public hospital, in a form approved by the
20  Division of Emergency Management, wherein the public hospital
21  agrees to provide the motor fuel retail outlet with an
22  alternative means of power generation onsite so that the
23  outlet's fuel pumps may be operated in the event of a power
24  outage.
