13 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
14 On page 5, line 5, delete that line

16 and insert: private sector. The board shall develop criteria
17 for approval of additional scholarship programs supported from
18 escheated funds. The direct-support organization's annual
19 report must include a list of any additional scholarship
20 programs approved by the board pursuant to this paragraph,
21 including a description of the program and the amount of
22 escheated funds used to fund the program.
