12  amendment:

14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         Between lines 379 and 380,
16  
17  insert:  
18         (12)  VENUE.--Venue for any personal injury protection
19  benefits claim for an assignee of benefits, shall be in the
20  jurisdiction where the insured resides, where the accident
21  occurs, where health care services were provided, or in a
22  forum convenient for material witnesses.
23         (13)  JOINDER OF POTENTIAL CLAIMS.--The filing of a
24  lawsuit claiming personal injury protection benefits, brought
25  pursuant to 627.736, shall include all personal injury
26  protection benefit claims the plaintiff has standing to file
27  and for which all conditions precedent to file the lawsuit
28  have been met by the plaintiff at the time the lawsuit if
29  filed.
