3     Amendment (with title amendment)
4     Remove lines 379-390 and insert:
5     (8)(a)  Anti-fraud plans or anti-fraud investigative unit
6descriptions required to be furnished to the division pursuant
7to this section are trade secrets as defined in s. 688.002, and
8a court or administrative hearing officer shall preserve the
9secrecy of such anti-fraud plans or anti-fraud investigative
10unit descriptions by reasonable means, which may include
11granting protective orders in connection with discovery
12proceedings, holding in camera hearings, sealing the records of
13the action, and ordering any person involved in the litigation
14not to disclose the alleged trade secret without prior court
15approval.
16     (b)  Findings, statements, discussions, reports, or
17documentation generated by the department or the office relating
18to anti-fraud plans or anti-fraud investigative unit
19descriptions, if determined to contain trade secrets as defined
20in s. 688.002, may be subject to the same protections from
21unauthorized disclosure as are provided for the anti-fraud plans
22or anti-fraud investigative unit descriptions in paragraph (a).
