17         Section 2.  The Office of Program Policy Analysis and
18  Government Accountability shall complete a study of this act
19  to determine if the establishment of liability limits for the
20  designated facilities negatively affects quality of care and
21  increases the incidence of liability claims. The report shall
22  be submitted to the Legislature by February 1, 2008.
