8 | 817.357 Purchase of tickets.--Whoever knowingly purchases |

10 | tickets to an event which exceeds the maximum amount posted by |
11 | or on behalf of the original ticket seller at the point of |
12 | original sale or printed on the tickets themselves violates ss. |
13 | 501.201-501.213, the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade |
14 | Practices Act. A person or firm is not liable under this section |
15 | with respect to tickets for which that person or firm is the |
16 | original ticket seller or for which that person or firm provides |
17 | contracted services for such original ticket seller in |
18 | connection with such sales. |
