14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 2, line 4, after the period,

17 insert: The eighth certification of an applicant under this
18 section as a facility for a new professional sports franchise
19 or a facility for a retained professional sports franchise
20 shall be for a franchise that is a member of the National
21 Basketball Association, has been located within the state
22 since 1987, and has not been previously certified. This
23 paragraph is repealed July 1, 2010.
