15 On page 13, between lines 21 and 22,

17 insert:
18 Section 7. Any newly constructed professional sports
19 franchise facility funded pursuant to s. 288.11635 must comply
20 with the public shelter design criteria of the Florida
21 Building Code and be available to serve as a public shelter
22 for emergency management purposes. A new professional sports
23 franchise facility is exempt from this requirement if the
24 county in which the facility is located does not have a
25 hurricane evacuation shelter deficit as defined by the
26 Department of Community Affairs.
