15 On page 13, between lines 21 and 22,

17 insert:
18 Section 7. In order to be certified as a retained
19 professional sports franchise by the Office of Tourism, Trade,
20 and Economic Development as provided by this act, the
21 professional basketball franchise located in Orlando must
22 establish a 30-year program to provide paid summer internships
23 to qualified youth in the Professional Opportunities Program
24 for students in Orange County. The amount that is paid to
25 participants in the intern program must initially be at least
26 $500,000. The internship shall be open to young people who are
27 16 through 18 years of age and who are of Haitian, Puerto
28 Rican, or African-American descent.
