13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         Between lines 38 and 29,

16  insert:  
17         Section 2.  In order to be certified as a retained
18  professional sports franchise by the Office of Tourism, Trade,
19  and Economic Development as provided by this act, the
20  professional basketball franchise located in Orlando must
21  establish a 30-year program to provide paid summer internships
22  to qualified youth in this state. The amount that is paid to
23  participants in the intern program must initially be at least
24  $500. The internship shall be open to young people who are 16
25  through 18 years of age and who are of Haitian, Puerto Rican,
26  or African-American descent.
