15 On page 3, line 8, delete that line

17 and insert: Statutes, until July 1, 2008, and after approval
18 by a majority vote of the electors of the state voting in a
19 referendum in the next general election. After certification
20 by the Office of Tourism, Trade, and Economic Development, a
21 statement that includes a brief and general description of the
22 purposes to be funded and that conforms to the requirements of
23 s. 101.161 shall be placed on the ballot by the Secretary of
24 State.
