11  The Committee on Transportation and Economic Development
12  Appropriations (Dockery) recommended the following amendment:
13  
14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 6, line 26, through
16            page 7, line 8, delete those lines
17  
18  and insert:  
19         (8)  The commission shall appoint a technical working
20  group that includes representatives of private paratransit
21  providers. The technical working group shall advise the
22  commission on issues of importance to the state, including
23  information, advice, and direction regarding the coordination
24  of services for the transportation disadvantaged. The
25  commission may appoint other technical working groups, whose
26  members may include representatives of community
27  transportation coordinators; metropolitan planning
28  organizations; regional planning councils; experts in
29  insurance, marketing, economic development, or financial
30  planning; and persons who use transportation for the
31  transportation disadvantaged, or their relatives, parents,
