11  The Committee on Judiciary (Campbell) recommended the
12  following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 8, lines 12-14, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  Section 7.  Section 4 shall take effect only if
18  the requirements in that section are consistent with
19  requirements of any federal childhood
20  lead-poisoning-prevention grant awarded to the Department of
21  Health and if federal funds awarded with any such grant are
22  permitted to be used to implement the requirements in that
23  section.
