11  The Committee on Judiciary (Campbell) recommended the
12  following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 8, lines 6-11, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  
18         Section 6.  For the 2006-2007 fiscal year, the sum of
19  $308,000 in recurring general revenue funds is appropriated to
20  the Department of Health for the purpose of implementing
21  section 5 of this act.
