| 7 | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: |
| 8 |

| 9 | Section 1. Subsection (3) of section 634.312, Florida |
| 10 | Statutes, is amended to read: |
| 11 | 634.312 Filing, approval of forms.-- |
| 12 | (3) The office shall not approve any such form which |
| 13 | imposes allows for more than nine annual renewals or which |
| 14 | renewal contracts provide that the cost of renewal exceeds the |
| 15 | then-current cost for new warranty contracts or impose a fee for |
| 16 | inspection of the premises. |
| 17 | Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2006. |
