11  Senator Lynn moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment 
14         On page 11, lines 3-22, delete those lines
15  
16  and insert:  made to fail to transmit or cause not to be
17  transmitted the telephone number and, when made available by
18  the telephone solicitor's carrier, the name of the telephone
19  solicitor to any caller identification service in use by a
20  recipient of a telephonic sales call. However, it is not a
21  violation to substitute for the name and telephone number used
22  in or billed for making the call the name of the seller on
23  behalf of which a telephonic sales call is placed and the
24  seller's customer service telephone number that is answered
25  during regular business hours. For purposes of this paragraph,
26  the term "caller identification service" means a service that
27  allows a telephone subscriber to have the telephone number
28  and, where available, the name of the calling party
29  transmitted contemporaneously with the telephone call and
30  displayed on a device in or connected to the subscriber's
31  telephone.
