  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9         Section 1.  Section 15.052, Florida Statutes, is

10  created to read:

11         15.052  Official state pie.--Key lime pie is designated

12  as the official Florida state pie.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2006.
