14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 16, between lines 4 and 5,
16  
17  insert:  
18         Section 17.  For purposes of ss. 810.08 and 810.09,
19  Florida Statutes, no person may lawfully remain on any
20  property or in any structure that is held open to the public
21  generally for commercial purposes and from which agricultural
22  products are sold or is permitted under chapter 500, Florida
23  Statutes, after the owner or its agent orders that person to
24  leave the premises because the person is engaged in an
25  activity deemed by the owner or its agent to be detrimental to
26  the commercial purposes for which the premises is held open
27  for the public.
