  2         (PRELIMINARY DRAFT) An act relating to

  3         right-of-way costs; expressing the legislative

  4         intent to revise laws relating to the costs

  5         associated with right-of-way acquisitions;

  6         providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws

11  relating to the costs associated with right-of-way

12  acquisitions.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
